It's truly hard to say what's best, casino by casino. I say that because rules change regularly.
What I can tell you is that you are best off at a single or double deck.
I wouldn't get too overwhelmed with seeking out shuffle machines or fancy rules. Just play the most straightforward game you can find with 3/2 payoff on blackjack on the fewest decks at a limit you can afford. This is your best way to keep the house edge slender and keep you at the table longer with a higher chance of success. Have fun :)

I would try Harrahs.
Last time I was there, in May, they had some great shoe games with some favorable rules. Be sure to watch for the rules for each game. Some single deck games only pay 6-5 for blackjacks.
Here is a link to how the rules affect the house edge. http://www.thedoverpro.com/blackjack/bla…
I did not see any CSMs at Harrahs, but then I only play single deck or multi-deck shoe.
Be sure to get a players card for Total Rewards when you go, and here is a link to get the maximum in comps (freebies) of you play Blackjack. http://www.thedoverpro.com/blackjack/bla…
Have fun and be sure to use a money management system! http://www.thedoverpro.com/blackjack/bla…
ANd some overall Blackjack advice:http://www.thedoverpro.com/blackjack.htm
Good luck!
