I say that because rules change regularly. What I can tell you is that you are best off at a single or double deck. I wouldn't get too overwhelmed with seeking out shuffle machines or fancy rules. Just play the most straightforward game you can find with 3/2 payoff on blackjack on the fewest decks at a limit you can afford.
